ICS Dialer

ICS Dialer is a stripped-down auto-dialer extension for existing PBX systems. A free version supports up to 2 concurrent lines, ideal for very small campaigns. Users import CSV lead lists, and the dialer calls numbers in sequence. Agents see a pop-up with name or notes when a call connects. The system logs dispositions (busy, no answer, sale) for basic reporting. While advanced features like call recording or integration may cost extra, ICS Dialer’s free version helps micro teams or testers experience auto-dial efficiency without major investment.
