Exelysis CC-QA extends Exelysis contact center platform with a quality assurance module. Supervisors define criteria for greeting, compliance, empathy, etc. Exelysis automatically samples a percentage of calls or chat logs for evaluation. A KPI board displays average QA scores, highlighting top and bottom quartiles. If an agent falls below threshold, Exelysis triggers an automated coaching plan.
