Vectorian Giotto

Vectorian Giotto is a free 2D animation tool reminiscent of older Flash-based workflows, supported on macOS via Wine or direct port. It includes a timeline, library for symbols, and basic tweening. Users can script interactions using an ActionScript-like environment. Although no longer heavily updated, it still allows standard vector drawing, layer organization, and SWF export.
