Breezy Onboard

Breezy Onboard is an extension of Breezy HR’s recruiting suite, offering a configurable post-hire workflow. Once a candidate is marked “hired,” a digital packet is generated containing W-4, I-9, policy docs, and other forms. E-signatures are captured online. The system syncs with third-party background check providers if needed. Automated notifications remind the new hire and the manager about incomplete tasks. A timeline view shows each step from offer acceptance to day one. By integrating with Breezy’s ATS, Breezy Onboard suits SMBs wanting a unified hiring + onboarding experience.
