EvaluAgent is a QA and performance management platform for contact centers, supporting call, email, live chat, and social interactions. QA forms can be built with weighted questions or pass/fail items. EvaluAgent’s calibration module ensures multiple evaluators stay aligned. A built-in “gamification†element awards points to agents for high QA scores, which they can exchange for rewards. A real-time dashboard shows which agents are excelling or struggling.
