HappyTails Manager is a Mac/PC-compatible system that organizes intakes, fosters, and adoptions for rescues or municipal shelters. Staff can photograph incoming animals, add identifying traits, and log any injuries or medical conditions. The software handles foster coordination—matching available fosters with animals needing temporary homes. An automated email engine keeps fosters updated on vet appointments or needed supplies. HappyTails also offers in-software forms for adoption applications, references, and background checks. Weekly or monthly reporting highlights the number of adoptions, spay/neuters, and average stay length.
