Jonas Premier is a cloud-based construction ERP that includes bidding, job costing, scheduling, and accounting in one platform. For bid management, GCs can upload project specs, invite subs, and store all proposals digitally. The estimating feature auto-links cost items to general ledger codes for later job costing. Once a bid is awarded, Jonas Premier transitions data into budgets and vendor purchase orders.
