KeyCloak Security (unrelated to RedHat’s SSO tool) is a small biz-oriented system that logs physical key usage. Administrators define rooms or cabinets each key unlocks, and staff must check out keys by scanning an NFC tag. The software records the date, user ID, and expected return. Automatic alerts are sent for overdue keys, and a daily email lists unreturned items. The system can be hosted on-prem or in the cloud.
